Toronto fest adds 13 to Masters

TORONTO -- Gus Van Sant's "Restless," Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne's "The Little One Using the Bike" and Aki Kaurismaki's "Le Havre" are among 13 game titles put into the Toronto Film Festival's Masters program, it had been introduced Tuesday.
