Okay so I watched this movie a while ago but it was less then 6 years
I think it came out on lifetime or something like that so here are the
details
-when these two girls were like 12 they were supposed to meet like in
the woods but one didnt come and the other gets killed
-one girl didnt come cause her dad beat her
-years later the girl comes back to town and opens a shop
-everyone thinks that the girls that didnt show ups dad killed the
other girl
-the girl that didnt get killed met the other girls sister like in the
woods and each other kept saying it was there fault ( I remember the
sister saying " Its like were on a game show and the prize is a one
way trip to hell")
-every few years the killed would kill a girl just like the girl he
killed before
- the girl that got killed had blonde hair the other had brown
- I think it was based in North Carolina
